Patricia L. Atkins, 91, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Monday, November 20, 2023, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born August 28, 1932, in Duquesne, and was the daughter of the late Jennie and James Hannegan. She was the wife of 56 years to the late Howard C. Atkins, who passed away, December 10, 2014. Patricia was very involved in the Girl Scouts of America and functioned as a Den Mother for many years. She worked 20 years for the Elizabeth Forward School District where she headed the cafeteria, supplying many generations of youths with delicious and nutritious meals. Patricia was a devoted Christian and member of the former Boston Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday School. Patricia was a hardworking and loving woman that will be missed by her family.

 She is survived by her daughter Lee Ann (Robert) Johns of Elizabeth Township. She was the beloved grandmother Jillian (Vincent) Monti and Jesse H. (Lauren) Johns; and beloved great-grandmother of Riley Johns, Gavin Monti, Kennedy Monti, Tucker Monti and Charlotte Johns. She was also survived by her niece, Janet Ballew. In addition to her parents and husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her son David Howard Atkins, grandson, Robert Johns Jr. and sister, Betty Ballew. There will be no visitation or services.
