David George Hardy, 79, of East McKeesport, passed away Friday March 7, 2025. He was born September 6, 1945 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Edward and Dorothy (Radulovich) Hardy, and in addition to his parents was preceded in death by his brother Richard “Harv” Hardy. He was an Air Force veteran and worked as a machinist at Westinghouse Air Brake for 40 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a member of the Ukrainian Club, Wilmerding. David is survived by his loving wife Sharon L. (Covert) Hardy; children Renee L. Hardy of Warrendale, and Michael Hardy of Hutchinson; grandchildren Hunter, Hannah, and Stella; and his sister Debbie (Larry) Sivrich of East McKeesport; and niece Courtney Sivrich Funeral services are private and are being handled by the Forgie-Snyder Funeral Home, 1032 Broadway Ave., East McKeesport, 412-823-8083.
