Joseph Rymarowicz, Jr., 72 of Glassport, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022. He was born February 14, 1949 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Joseph J. and Mary Jane (Yandrlic) Rymarowicz. Joe served in the Army during the Vietnam War and was a part of the 1098th Transportation Company. Afterwards, he worked for Mercury Printing Company as a Printer. He attended First Evangelical Free Church for the past 40 years. Over those 40 years, he was a Cook for their Teen Ministries retreats, Men's retreats, and for any of the special breakfasts that the church hosted. After retirement, Joe became a part time delivery driver for Breitinger's Flower Shop and would help the church with any maintenance work that was needed.

He is survived by his wife, Donna (Golembiewski) Rymarowicz, of Glassport; son, Samuel (Susan) Rymarowicz of Liberty Boro; daughters, LaDonna Reardon, of Boise Idaho, and Kelli Dyga, of West Mifflin; grandchildren, Rachel (Ryan) Tucker, Daniel Rymarowicz, Adam (Heidi) Storkel, Megan Storkel, Jaiden Dyga, Wyatt Dyga, and Kalvyn Wilson; great-grandson, Benjamin Tucker; brother, John Rymarowicz, and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Joe is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Rymarowicz. Friends are welcome Monday, January 24, 2022 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. 412-751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, director. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Kevin Labby and Pastor Alex Ielase will be officiating.
