Norma Jean Winkler, 87, of Greensburg, passed away on Wednesday April 22, 2026. She was born July, 24, 1938 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Norman and Madeline (Schuchert) Oeler. She was a member of Cornerstone Ministries in Murrysville. Robert L. Turack, age 81 of Latrobe, passed away on April 22, 2026. He was born on December 20, 1944, in Mississippi, a son of the late Martin Turack and Edith Bonvillain Turack. Bob was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Germany during the Vietnam War. He later worked as a truck driver for various companies. Bob was a skilled mechanic, a great storyteller, and he loved to spend time with his dogs. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gail Kubli Turack, one son, Jesse Turack. He is survived by two sons, Jayme Turack (wife, Jessica), and Russell Turack (wife, Nikki), one daughter-in-law, Rita Popoff Turack, two sisters, Sandra Newsom and Jeannie Helterbraun, and four grandchildren, Alycia, Tristen, Jason, and Willow. William S. Scully, Sr., age 95 and formerly of Clairton, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026 in The Residence at Hilltop, Monongahela. Born May 25, 1930 in Clairton, he was a son of the late Regis and Eleanor (Murphy) Scully. A former Union Arbitrator for the Steelworkers Union at US Steel Clairton Works, William was a member of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Clare of Assisi Church. He is survived by his children William S. (Betty) Scully, Jr. and Paula (Felix) Fusco, both of Clairton; his grandchildren Kerry (Dale) Kramer of Clairton, Bill (Melissa) Scully of Murrysville, Beth (Jimmy) Stankiewicz of Mt. Pleasant, Melissa (Bob) Ferry of Elizabeth Twp., Bill (Marti) Fusco of Greensburg, Eric (Kamela Gissendanner) Fusco of Clairton; twelve great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Thomas H. “Bones” Cain, 91, of Forward Township, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Tom lived a full and meaningful life centered around family, hard work, and service to his community. He was a longtime member of Elizabeth United Methodist Church and proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Albany, spending time in the Mediterranean Sea.
Tom was a skilled craftsman whose career reflected both talent and dedication. He worked as a cabinet maker at Dreschler’s Cabinet Company in Elrama before going on to found and operate Rondell Cabinet Company. Even into his 80s, he continued to lend his expertise by repairing and maintaining chiropractic tables for local doctors—a testament to his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.
He was deeply involved in his community, holding membership in VFW Post 7632 (Kastan-Uveges Post), Stephen Bayard Masonic Lodge #526, and a former member of the Elizabeth Lions Club, and a charter member of the Forward Township Fire Department. Tom valued camaraderie and service, and these organizations were an important part of his life.
Born November 3, 1934, in Castle Shannon, he was the son of the late Elmer and Ellen (Haywood) Cain.
Above all, Tom will be remembered for the love he shared with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Joanne (Charles) Cain; his daughter, Kathleen (Jeremy) Kluegel; his cherished granddaughters, Jordan and Haley Vasko; his niece, Ashley Krznaric; and many devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will carry his memory forward.
In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his sister, Catherine, and his brothers, James, George, Howard, and Leroy.
Family and friends will be received at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 3–8 PM, with a Masonic Service at 7 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ed Pope officiating. Interment will follow at Round Hill Cemetery in Elizabeth Township.

Robert A. Jensen, age 88 of North Versailles, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born November 7, 1937 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Arthur and Alice (Kretzer) Jensen. Robert worked as a self-employed carpenter and also for the McKeesport Housing Authority. He served in the National Guard and was a member and past post commander of the AMVETS of North Versailles. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, the late Patricia A. (Brady) Jensen, who passed away June 3, 2020, his grandson Derek Scheib, and his brother Raymond Jensen. He is survived by his son David (Nikki) Jensen of Merrit Island, FL; his daughters Pamela (Joseph Petrocelli) Scheib of Greensburg, Sue E. She was born January 8, 1971 in Greenfield, Massachusetts and was the daughter of James Grant Knapton, Jr. and the late Carol Rose (Hrivnak) Knapton, who passed away October 18, 2024. She was a 1989 graduate of Serra Catholic High School and received an Associate's Degree from Penn State University - Behrend Campus. She was a member of Mary Mother of God Parish, St. Patrick's Church in McKeesport. Melinda was a Pittsburgh Sports fan and she also enjoyed riding on the bike trail, traveling to Bethany beach, fishing, and seeing live music. Alan R. Ivan, age 65 of West Newton, passed away on April 17, 2026. He was born on March 9, 1961, in Jeannette, a son of the late John Ivan and Irene Horvath Ivan. Alan attended St. Edwards Parish in Herminie. He graduated from Norwin High School, Class of 1979, and went on to work as a machine assemblist for Parker Hannifin in Harrison City. Alan raced motorcycles for over 18 years, and he earned two consecutive supercross championship titles. He was an avid outdoorsman who especially loved to fish. Albert Mockabee, 93, of McKeesport, born in Connellsville, PA, was born on April 7, 1933.The beloved son of John Carl and Margie Toler Mockabee.
Albert didn’t graduate from high school because he was drafted into the United States Army to serve our country for two years. After returning from the Army, he married his first wife, Shirley Rebecca Johnson Mockabee, and they were gifted with 5 daughters together (Cheryl, Lorri, Tamra Deidre, and Jana). Albert worked as a patcher for US Steel Works in Clairton, PA, where he retired as an Assistant supervisor after 31 years of dedicated service. After retiring from US Steel Clairton works, he later went to work for Allegheny Intermediate Unit and Auberle as a Van Driver.
Albert was a 50+ year faithful member of Bethlehem Baptist Church of McKeesport, PA. Albert was active in Bethlehem Baptist Church and was a member of the Spiritual Light Choir, Inspirational Choir, Male Chorus, Senior Choir, Usher, and Van Ministries. One of his favorite songs was “Every Promise in the Book,” and he had his own way of directing the choir along with Minister Gina Huggins while he sang that song! We used to love to tease my Dad about swaying and clapping. We would say ok dad pick one, either SWAY or Clap! Of course, it did not matter to him as long as he was glorifying God. He always had a high regard for God’s word, he made sure to read scriptures daily, he enjoyed attending Bible Study and listening to the preached word.

Mary N. Katsakis, age 79, of White Oak, died April 10, 2026, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Born January 20, 1947, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Paraskevi (Papaconstantiniou) Katsakis.
Mary devoted over 30 years of her professional life as a laboratory technician in the Pathology Lab at McKeesport Hospital, where she was known for her meticulous work and compassionate nature. A devoted member of St. Mary Holy Assumption Orthodox Church and the Greater Works Pittsburgh Church, Mary found great joy and comfort in her faith and community. Her warm smile and generous heart were a source of light for those around her.
Beyond her professional accolades, Mary had a passion for nurturing life through her beautiful garden. She cherished the time spent growing vegetables, nurturing her roses, cultivating a fig tree, and tending grape vines. Mary was also an amazing cook who loved to host family and friends, creating cherished memories around the dining table, filled with laughter and love.
Mary is survived by beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and wonderful friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by siblings, Steven Katsakis, Anthony Katsakis, Michael Katsakis, and Stella Sotereanos.

Sheri Lynn Martini, 54, of Hazel Park, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Raymond L. Martini, Sr. and the late Janet (Moscarello) Martini, and also the beloved daughter of Dolly Martini. Sheri obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Davenport University in Warren, MI. She had worked at The Wayne State University in Detroit as a clerical technician and most recently she was the manager of Stevens Arms Apartments in Hazel Park, Michigan. Sheri was a private, creative and crafty person and had a special affection for cats, especially her two at home. She will be greatly missed. In addition to her mother Dolly, she is survived by her siblings, Raymond L. Martini, Jr., David (Dana) Brochi, Jr., Tammy (Ken) Cuppett, and Hope Gamret; as well as nephews and cousins.
