Barbara Wisniewski, 80, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023 at UPMC Mercy Hospital. She was born January 2, 1943 in Braddock, a daughter of the late Thomas and Rita (Voegtle) Everett. Prior to her retirement, Barbara was a medical secretary, a member of St. Agnes Parish where she sang in the choir and the Cereal Heights Ladies Club. She enjoyed visiting casinos, bowling, loved to cook, watching soap operas and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Wisniewski, and sisters, Patricia Pcolar and Jacqueline Topinka. She is survived by her sons, David and John; daughter, Theresa; grandchildren, Emily, John and Abby; great-grandson, Jack; brothers, Thomas (Diane) Everett and Jerry Everett; sister, Betty (Richard) Roseborough; brother-in-law, Ron Topinka; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Church. Interment to follow in Braddock Catholic Cemetery.
