Frank received the TSC Alliance 2021 Keith Hall Award for Distinguished Leadership in appreciation for his extraordinary commitment to the TSC Adult community.

Frank truly was a “special guy” who touched the lives of many in various ways. He was funny, intelligent, lovable, and always happy! Frank loved to travel, with some of his favorite places being London, San Francisco, Southern California, and Texas. He wrote and published poems and loved drawing cartoon caricatures. He was especially good atcrossword puzzles because he remembered everything.  Music was his passion.  He played the electric guitar and loved 70’s hard rock music – especially Hawkwind.  Frank always said he was the “6th Guy” of the 5 Guys burger chain – as he loved their burgers and milkshakes! And as a true Pittsburgher should, he loved the Penguins, Pirates and Steelers!

Funeral arrangements were in care of James F. Kutch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 433 Lincoln Highway, East McKeesport, PA 15035.
