Katherine Ruth Miller Skripkar age 91, of White Oak, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023. She was born May 22, 1932 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late William Robert and Agnes Louise (Reitz) Miller Tognarini.  She was the wife of 62 years to the late Andrew Skripkar, who passed away September 9, 2014. Known to family as Tassy and to friends as Kay, she worked for many years at Feig’s Bakery in White Oak and later at Hills Dept. Store and Big Phoenix/Destinta Theater in North Versailles.

She is survived by daughter, Kim (Michael) Francis of Encino, CA; grandchildren Michael Jr. (Stephanie) of El Segundo, CA; Andrew of Cypress, CA; Alexandra (Andy) Hemp of Cheviot Hills, CA; and great-granddaughters Stella and Lucia Francis of El Segundo, CA, as well as nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Katherine is preceded in death by her son, Daniel Wayne Skripkar, who passed away July 6, 2002, brother Ralph Miller and sisters Patricia Vuchetich and Norma Jean Milice.  There will be no visitation.
