Jean C. Seymour, age 87, of White Oak, died July 28, 2023, at UPMC McKeesport. Born January 25, 1936, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Irene (Graham) Brown.

Jean was a former Mary, Mother of God Parish Corpus Christi Church member. She was a huge Pittsburgh sports fan, always cheering on the Penguins and Steelers! Including traveling to four of the six Steeler Super Bowls. Jean loved to travel and some of her most cherished memories were several week excursions around the world with her brothers or weekend getaways with Dolly and Bob. Jean loved to play BINGO and take trips to the casino. Faithfully at 7 p.m. every day, she’d watch the PA Lottery awaiting her big win. She was a devoted animal lover. Especially her two cats, Baby and Lily Bell. Her most treasured moments were the times she spent with her children and grandchildren.
Jean is survived by her children, Robert (Corie) Belcher of Wilmerding, Jean (Don) Brieck of Lincoln Boro, Dolly "Dib" (Bob Ward, special caregiver) Belcher of whom she resided with in White Oak, James (Cindy) Belcher of Port Vue, and a very special granddaughter, Angel (E.J.) Andrews of White Oak; grandchildren, Bob, Michael, Angela, Donny, Amanda, Jimmy, Melissa and Ronda; great-grandchildren, “ her boys” her pride and joy ,Ronnie and Evan, and many others very dear to her heart; brothers, Dr. David (Carol) Brown of UT, Elmer (Gale) of NJ and Larry Brown of Elizabeth Twp; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Ernest Belcher; siblings, Alberta Brown-Lewis, Dolly Tarli, Edward Brown, Robert Brown, and Jimmy Brown.
Family and friends may be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 1 p.m. time of funeral service at 3 p.m.
