Grace Wetzler, 95, of Deerfield Beach, FL, formerly of West Mifflin, died April 13, 2024, at Brookdale Deer Creek Senior Living. Born March 7, 1929, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late John Perera and Grace Fernandez Perera and the wife of the late Paul E. Fitzpatrick and the late Duane C. Wetzler.

Grace retired from G.C. Murphy Warehouse and later retired from Laidlaw Transit, where she was a school bus driver. She was a devout member of the West Mifflin Community Baptist Church and also attended the McKeesport Alliance Church. Grace enjoyed her involvement in Norwin Keenagers. Her commitment to her faith and community was unwavering, leaving a lasting impact on all those she encountered. Grace was an avid gardener and was well known for her beautiful flower gardens, vegetables, and yard, which she took so much pride in and loved sharing with others. 
 
Grace is survived by her children; Paul (Barbara) Fitzpatrick of Lakewood, California, and Susan (Daniel) Clingan of Boca Raton, Florida; step-son David (Rachel) Wetzler of Southern Pines, North Carolina; grandchildren Briana (Adam) Fitzpatrick-Sheikh and Kelli (Lorenzo Babboni) Fitzpatrick and Amber, Sam, and Christopher Clingan; and her great-granddaughter Penelope Sheikh.

Grace was preceded in death by sisters, America, Carmena and Neva, and brothers Ray, Louis, Joseph and John.

Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
