Stanley Paul Lenhart, 90, of N. Huntingdon peacefully passed away Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Walden’s View. He was born August 31, 1933 in Circleville, a son of the late Joseph Rush and Ruby (Davidson) Lenhart. Prior to his retirement, Paul was the owner and operator of Lenhart’s Service Center. He was a graduate of North Huntingdon High School and a veteran of the US Army, having served during the Korean War. Paul was a member of St. Agnes Church and dedicated 25 years of service as fire chief for Circleville Vol. Fire Dept. Paul enjoyed traveling with his family and friends, driving his pontoon boat and spending time with his family, especially during the holidays. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons-in-law, David L. Morton and Charles David Tromm; brothers, Donald, Joseph and David Lenhart; sisters, Ruth Zatorsky, Mary Lois Stough and Carolyn Weiss. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Patricia Mary (Petrisko) Lenhart; son, Kenneth (Anna) Lenhart; daughters, Cynthia Morton, Jean Tromm and Marianne (Craig) Weston. Grandchildren, Laura (Shane) Newhouser, Nicholas (Elyse) Lenhart, Stephanie (Patrick) Kirby, Jennifer (Pat) O’Mahony, Marissa Tromm, Daniel (Traci) Morton, Kimberly Tromm, Elizabeth (Michael) Murphy, Emily Tromm and Samuel (Kaitlyn) Weston. Great-grandchildren, Luke, Cecelia, Ruby, Matthias, Leah, Audrey, Ryland, Cian and Lydia; and extended family. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, N. Huntingdon, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Church. Interment will follow in Brush Creek Cemetery.
