Norma Jean Gallo, 92, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025. She was born November 16, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Charles B. and Lula A. (Ford) Mayfield.  She was a longtime member of the former Frank Baptist Church. Norma was a longtime employee and housekeeper for Dr. Rudy and Ann Buck. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and her family meant everything to her. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Joseph E. Gallo; son, Duane J. (Kelly) Gallo; granddaughter, Chelsea Fredrickson; great-granddaughter, Vivian Fredrickson; and sister, Anna Mae (the late John "Bud") Richards.

 In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Donald E. Gallo, who passed away May 22, 2014; and siblings, Charles "Jr." Mayfield and Mary Louise "Babe" Bailey.  Friends are welcome on Tuesday, May 20 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm  at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director.  Funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Matt Fricker, officiating.
