Patricia "Trish" Kruszyna, age 68 of Irwin, Hempfield Township, passed away June 6, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born November 4,1956 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Thomas "Buzzy" and Marjorie Miller Fagan. Trish was a Certified Nurse's Assistant at Transitions Health Care for over 30 years. She was a graduate of McKeesport High School class of 1974, enjoyed planting flowers, hummingbirds and motorcycle trips with her husband and loved her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Fagan Jr. and two sisters, Colleen Haley and Kellie Fagan. She is survived by her husband Richard M. Kruszyna, two sons Richard and Michael, a sister Bonnie Heasley, sister-in-law Linda and brother-in-law Michael Simmeth and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon on Wednesday June 18, from 10:30 - 11:30 AM. A memorial service will follow at 11:30 AM in the funeral home chapel.
