Elmer Vincent Ehser, 73, of McKeesport, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025. He was born January 20, 1952 in McKeesport and was the son of the late William Joseph and Anna (Dudek) Ehser. Elmer worked numerous jobs throughout his life including a stock person at the former GC Murphy Store in Turtle Creek, a laborer at the former US Steel National Tube, delivered medical supplies for UPMC McKeesport Hospital, and finally he was a driver for Valley National Gas, where he also filled oxygen tanks. He was an dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, and loved playing bingo. He was known to travel all over the area with his bingo buddies to play. Elmer had a love of older vehicles,especially his Oldsmobile and was known to attend car shows throughout the area. He also enjoyed attending the summer concerts at Renzie Park. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Dolores Erkel; niece, Victoria A. Macey; nephew, Vincent A. (Judy) Macey; as well as numerous other cousins and extended family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard A. Macey. As per Elmer's wishes, there will not be any visitation. Private inurnment at McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery will take place at a later date.
