Jane Marie Weber, 71, of North Huntingdon, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 30, 2026. She was born on May 24, 1954, in Townshend, VT, eldest daughter of the late Bernard Perry and Doris Westcott. After graduating beauty school, Jane worked many years as a licensed cosmetologist, spent time as an aide at a senior care facility, and served in the cafeterias of Norwin School District until she lost her sight in 2015. Through eighteen moves during the last sixteen years of her husband's Naval career, Jane had a strength and resiliency that kept her family stable. Jane made their house a home, not just to family, but to all who came into contact with her. They moved to Pennsylvania in 1990, shortly after his retirement, where Jane planted deep roots in the community. Wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Jane embodied each role with love and devotion. She loved to travel, to chat and be around people, and was an excellent cook. She had a personality as vibrant as her red hair and always wanted those around her to laugh and be happy. Jane is survived by Carl Weber, her devoted husband of 52 years, their children Chris Weber (wife, Jenn), Joe Weber, and Danaye Shiplett (husband, Steve), and beloved grandchildren, Alice Weber, Greyson Weber, Carter Weber and Anna Weber. She also leaves behind her brothers, Bernie Perry (wife, Sue), and Brian Wheeler, and sisters, Sylvia Willard (husband, Lance), Gina Holt, and Debbie Rose (husband, Kevin). A celebration of life will take place on a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Jane's name to the Eye & Ear Foundation of Pittsburgh at www.eyeandear.org/donate, designate: Fox Center Optic Nerve. James W.
