Helen M. (Tudek) Milligan, 88, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on Feb. 10, 2026.  Born Oct. 18, 1937, she graduated  from Glassport High School and worked as a secretary for Rubinsteine furniture store in McKeesport until she married her high school sweetheart.  She loved being a wife, mom, homemaker and simple things, like hot dogs, photo albums and her favorite color was green.  She was strong and survived many years of chronic pain and being a young widow she was a survivor.  She loved to shop , buy gifts, decorate and plan very special holiday memories.  She made the best cheesecake, loved family and friends, was kind and generous and had a strong catholic faith.  Efficient, organized and a wonderful mom.  She is survived by daughters Sherie (Steve) Cuturilo of Glassport and Karen (Robert) James of Butler; son Art (Candi) Milligan of Greenock; grandchildren Erica Slawianowski of Florida and Olivia Milligan of Greenock; great granddogs Cooper and Finnegan; cat Meow Meow and her dear and best friend, Patti.  She was preceded in death by her parents John and Helen Tudek; husband Arthur D. Milligan, brothers Raymond, Robert and Roman Tudek; sister Irene Jordan and daughter Pamela Milligan.  A private visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 9 to 11. A funeral mass will be held Mon. 11:00 am at Queen of the Rosary Church with Father Tom Burke.  Interment following at Jefferson Memorial Park.
