Tina Marie (Ludwig) Everley, 60, of Lafayette, IN, formerly of Elizabeth Township, died Saturday February 4, 2017. She was born August 10, 1956 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Harry Ludwig, Sr. and the late Janet Finnegan Ludwig. She is survived by her husband, James Warren Everley, daughters, Mary Everley of Brownsburg, IN., and Michelle (Jarrod) Taylor of Corinth, TX, sister, Laurie (Gary) Householder of Greenock, grandchildren, Jordan and Jenna Whitehead, and Leazette and Michael Taylor, nieces, nephews and her granddog Champ.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Joan C. McCorkle and brother Harry Ludwig, Jr. Tina was a Histologist at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette until her retirement in 1997. She enjoyed crafts, scrap booking, baking and gardening. She also enjoyed entering contests and always had a Diet Coke in hand. She loved playing pool and boating with her husband. Her beloved cats were her pride and joy. For years she had an open heart and door to her daughter's friends who thought of her as a second mom. Tina's favorite quote was "Life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride". Friends are welcome Wednesday February 8 from 5-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director. Service will be held Thursday February 9 at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment will follow at the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
