Mildred Draskovich Brnilovich, 90, of Irwin, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 in Golden Heights Personal Care Home, Irwin.

She was born in Rankin, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Dora Ivicak Draskovich.  Prior to her retirement, Mildred was employed by the Norwin School District and later worked for the Westmoreland County Courthouse.  She was a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Monroeville and AARP #3221.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Radavan "Rudolph" Brnilovich; brothers, Joseph, Steve and John Stepusin, Adam Draskovich; sisters, Ann Bradica, Alice Harchar and Barbara Lesko.  She is survived by her son, Rudy Brnilovich and his wife, Chris; daughter, Carol Osburn and her husband, James; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Brandon) Elfrink, Lindsay Osburn, Danielle Brnilovich; and step granddaughter, Erin Frazier.   Friends will be received on Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike,  North Huntingdon, PA.  A Pomen prayer service will take place on Friday at 7:30 p.m.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Fr. D.C. Malich officiating.  Interment in Grandview Cemetery, North Versailles.  The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of Golden Heights Personal Care Home for the support and love they gave to their mom.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, Monroeville or Heartland Hospice.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.
