Carol Lynne (Repass) Carper, 55, of Elizabeth Township, died Sunday, September 9, 2018. She was born May 7, 1963 in Norfolk, VA, and was the daughter of Martha (Sawyers) Repass Bradley of Elizabeth Township and the late William Repass. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Mark A. Carper, son, Larry J.Carper of Bentleyville, daughters, Ashley L. Carper and Talor N. (Michael) Ryan of Elizabeth Township, brother, Joseph (Cameron) Repass of Elizabeth, sister, Jackie (Robert) Dillard of Richmond, VA, grandchildren, Alex Aldridge, twins, Jason and Justin Carper, Aubriona Bavin, Mercedes Carper, and Avery Ryan, father-in-law, William Carper, and nieces and nephews.
