Daniel Mervosh, age 75 of Versailles, passed away at home on Saturday, April 30, 2016.  Born September 5, 1940 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Nicholas and Mary (Kovach) Mervosh.

A retired dockworker for the Heinz Corporation an a member of the Serbian Orthodox religion, Daniel was a Veteran of the US Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Lance Corporal, and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed his hunting and fishing.  He is survived by his sons Matthew (Cindy) Mervosh of Brentwood and Jason (Michele) Mervosh of Versailles; his granddaughter Jenna Mervosh; his brothers Nicholas Mervosh of Delmont and Robert Mervosh of Brookline; his sister Diane Mervosh of the South Side of Pittsburgh; and his nieces and nephews: Kimberly Mervosh Zulka, Robert and David Blahut, Gail Hale, David Dzierski, Donna Mervosh Evans, Mark Mervosh, and Daniel, Gary, Timothy, and Kenneth Ratay.  Funeral services for Daniel will be private at the request of the family.  Arrangements by the Daniel F.
