Louis J. Kelley, 72 of Elizabeth Township, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019. He was born August 8, 1946 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Charles David and LaDora (Betsch) Kelley. Louis was a printer and had previously worked in the plating department at the former US Steel Homestead Works.

He is survived by his sister, Bonnie Lou Kelley of Elizabeth Township, nieces, Lynette J. Conrad of Elizabeth Township, and Terry May Gold and Julie Walborg of CA, nephews, Vaughn R. Conrad of GA, and James Tucci of CA, and a great-niece, Jamie E. Reid of New Eagle. He was preceded in death by his sister, Birdie May Tucci. Service with Military Honors will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 1 PM.
