Rose C. Badstibner, age 104, of McKeesport, died January 18, 2020, at Kane Regional Medical Center. Born December 30, 1915, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late George and Ida (Robertson) Glaub and the wife of the late Herman Badstibner.

Rose retired from the G.C. Murphy Company and enjoyed doing volunteer work for Meals on Wheels. Rose attended the McKeesport Alliance Church and was active in her Christian faith. In her free time, she loved to bowl.

Rose is survived by her step-son, John "Jack" (Judy) Badstibner; many step-grandchildren; many step-great-grandchildren; nephews; Bill Spang of White Oak, Don Spang of McKeesport, Herbert Spang of Florida, Kenneth (Isabelle) Gleditsch of McKeesport, Herbert (Karen) Gleditsch of Indiana, PA and Carl (Donna) Gleditsch of Ohio; nieces, Rose Miskalis of McKeesport and Joan (Vince) Aiello of White Oak; as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her step-daughter, Barbara Baur; sisters, Leona Spang, Addie Glaub, Edith Gleditsch, infant Mary Glaub; brothers, Albert and William Glaub; and nephew, Tom Spang.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, from 2 to 4 p.m and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, at 10 a.m in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park Mausoleum.
