Stella B. Bielic, 98, of White Oak, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020. She was born June 10, 1921 in McKeesport, daughter of the late Jan and Bertha (Szpunar) Bielic. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Maryalice Bielic, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Services are private and arrangements made by the James W.
