 Anthony Richard Niedzwecki,  87, of Liberty Borough, passed away at home on February 29, 2020. He was born June 12, 1932 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Adam and Helen (Wauldman) Niedzwecki . He was a member of St. Mark  Parish in Liberty Borough, and was a retired Supervisor for Carbidie in Greenock. He was a US Army Veteran. Anthony was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved spending time at his hunting camp in St. Mary's, PA.

He was a lifetime member of the McKeesport Sportsman's Association and a proud member of the NRA. His greatest love was his family, especially his granddaughters.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth (Dwornick)  Niedzwecki, daughters, Tanis N. (William) Cochrane of Elizabeth Township and Tracy Hrehocik of Forward township, brother, Harry Niedzwecki of Confluence, grandchildren, Samantha and Jacqueline Hrehocik, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Caroline Markovich, and son-in-law, Robert Hrehocik. Friends are welcome Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
