Vince Kelly Sr., 59, was born on July 15, 1960 to the late Charlie Kelly and Dolores Leggett in Chicago, Ill. Vince passed away on July 1, 2020 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was preceded in death by father, Charlie Kelly, mother, Dolores Leggett and brother Erik Westbrook.

He graduated from McKeesport Area High School and enlisted in the US Marine Corps. Vince worked at General Motors for some years. He loved cars, sports, And loved to laugh and make everyone smile.

Vince is survived by his loving son, Vince (Lashon) Kelly, Jr. of McKeesport, PA; daughter, Shequala Cowans, of Pittsburgh, PA, 2 grandsons Vince Kelly III & Vadyn Kelly of McKeesport, PA.

And his siblings Troy (Phyllis) Williams, of Chicago, IL., David (Emily) Kelly, of West Mifflin, PA, Alma (Jeffery) Burney, and Lisa Collier, both of Atlanta, GA., Lillye Sheree Kelly, of Chicago, IL, Karen (Darryl) Hill, of Carmel, IN, and Kimberly A. Kelly, of Canonsburg, PA.
