Milan Samuel Washowich, 80, of Plum, formerly of McKeesport, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020. He was born April 16, 1940 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Louis and Nellie (Bocek) Washowich. Milan was retired banking manager for Western Pennsylvania National Bank, which would later become PNC for many years and was a former member of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, where he previously served as an altar server. He was a proud member of The McKeesport Lions Club, The Port Vue Seniors and The Archer Hill Bowling league. He was a softball player for many years for McKeesport on the Equibank team of The Steel Valley League and also played basketball every Wednesday night at the former Turner's gym in McKeesport. 

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nancy Jean (Sucha) Washowich, daughter, Kristi (Louis J.) Bellisario of Plum, son, Rick L. Washowich of Port Vue, brother, Dennis (Lora) Washowich of McKeesport, grandchildren, Eric S. and Keri N. Bellisario of Plum, and nephews, Lyle and Lynn Washowich. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Scott Lee Washowich, who passed away in 1977. Funeral service will be held Monday August 31, 2020 at 12:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with The Very Rev. Stevo Rocknage, officiating. Burial will follow at the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth.
