Ronald W. Lose, 79, of North Huntingdon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. He was born, June 15, 1942 in N. Braddock, a son of the late Walter and Wilma (Hillman) Lose. Prior to his retirement, Ron was a serviceman for Equitable Gas for nearly 50 years. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and served in Greenland. He enjoyed fishing with his grandsons, bowling, playing pinochle, and as a younger man riding his motorcycle. He also looked forward to having breakfast with his fellow retirees from Equitable Gas from time to time. Ron was a loyal friend to many and the first to lend a kind hand to a stranger. He had an incredibly strong work ethic and was the perfect handyman at home.
He was deeply proud of his two daughters and his grandchildren and was happy to be recently blessed with a new great granddaughter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, JoAnne Perri. He is survived by his wife, Lesley (Miller) Lose; daughters, Mareen O'Brien and her husband, Kevin, Lori Branthoover and her husband, Mike; sisters, Cheryl (Ray) George, Donna Lose; grandchildren, Kirstie, Bella, Christopher, Nicholas; and great-granddaughter, Juliette. Services are private. Arrangements made by the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA .
