Hank Ryan Michalek, 9 days old, passed away Monday, November 15, 2021 at UPMC Children’s Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born, November 6, 2021, in Pittsburgh, son of Ryan and Shelby (Haitz) Michalek. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Rochelle Rossey and James Haitz; and paternal grandparents, Ed and Vicki Michalek. Services are private.
