Margaret A. (Shedolske) Staszak, 103, formerly of West Mifflin and Overlook Green Senior Living, peacefully entered into eternal life on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Whitehall Borough Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Staszak was a loving homemaker and a member of the Resurrection Church of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish. Born in McKeesport, May 24, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Helen (Jordan) Sheldoske. Beloved wife of the late Casmer L. "Tommy" Staszak, she is survived by her loving children, Richard Staszak of Pittsburgh, William (Sandy) Staszak of White Oak, and Carol (Late John) Hladycz of Eighty-Four, a sister, Ann Novak of North Huntingdon, five grandchildren, Tom (Jane) Staszak, Janna Staszak, Jonah (Mariah) Hladycz, Benjamin (Ashley) Hladycz, and Jared Hladycz, and three great grandchildren, Tripp Staszak, Finley Jo Hladycz, and Olive Willow Hladycz, Nieces and Nephews. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by ten siblings.
Family and friends will be received in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc, 828 Richford Street, Duquesne, on Thursday June 29, 2023 from 10 A.M. until a Blessing service at 2 P.M. with Seminarian Xavier Engle officiating. Burial will follow in St. Hedwig Cemetery, West Mifflin. In Lieu of flowers please make a contribution to a charity of your choice in memory of Mrs. Staszak.
