Norman Redwing, age 91, of Versailles, PA, died on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. He was born in Coraopolis, PA on October 8, 1932 and was the son of the late James A. Redwing and Aleatha Hardy Carrington. Norman proudly served in the United States Army.

He is survived by his children, Sharon (Mark Taylor) Bryant; Jerome Redwing; Tara Redwing; grandchildren, Courtney Bryant; Lacie Bryant; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; partner, Georgeanne VanBibber; and good friends, Bob George; Emil Burak; and Nard.

In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by his daughter, Beneata Redwing; and siblings, Lloyd “Vic” Redwing; Erceline Antonio Redwing; Leota Redwing Reed; James Hardy Redwing; and Charles Stanley Redwing.

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). Family and friends are meeting at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017, on Friday, January 19, 2024 for a 2:30 p.m. military service with honors.
