William “Bill” James Dudik, 87, of McKeesport, PA died on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh after a sudden illness.

He was born in McKeesport on August 5, 1936 and was the son of the late Mike Dudik and Julia (Vojnyik) Dudik.

He was a 1954 graduate of McKeesport High School, then served in the US Air Force. Bill went on to receive a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology from The University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 1976.

Bill was a proprietor of a wholesale goods importing company, owned a sewing machine sales and repair shop, then also worked in sales at Tom Clark’s Used Autos. He was certified and elected as a Constable and also worked as a security guard. Bill was a life-long avid collector and seller of vintage and antique items.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 7 siblings, sisters Ann R. Parler, Margaret J. Stoffer, Elizabeth “Bette” J. Connors and brothers Michael R. “Doodles” Dudik, Joseph F. Dudik, John F. Dudik, and Andrew P. “Rocky” Dudik. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his niece, Amy Ganzak for all that she has assisted with.

There is no visitation and services will be private. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township. Burial to follow at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
