Elmer Ellsworth “Bud” Morrow, Jr., 64, formerly of Clairton, passed away on Thursday, July 11th, 2024 at his home. Elmer was born in McKeesport on January 17th, 1960 to the late Elmer Ellsworth Morrow Sr. and the late Patricia Zimmerman Ulakovich. He is survived by his siblings Colleen (Gary) Odenthal of Elizabeth, Karen Contrillo of McKeesport, Debra Lockner of Elizabeth, Michelle (Bob) Lucas of Clarksville, 1 daughter, 2 granddaughters, as well as nieces, nephews, and his beloved cat Winky. In addition to his parents, Elmer was preceded in death by his son Phillip Morrow, and siblings Phyllis Poziviak and Rick Morrow. Elmer graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1979. He was a member of the Silent Service Motorcycle Club, and the VFW #803 in Wilson. Elmer was an avid hunter and enjoyed playing golf and taking his motorcycle out on the road. Elmer enlisted and served his country as a Nuclear Submarine Missile Operator. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, July 27th, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. at the VFW #803, 911 N State Street Clairton PA 15025. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Children’s Hospital Cancer Research at PO box #535240 Pittsburgh PA 15253- 5240 or the A.L.S.
