Richard Lee Morrison, 87, of North Huntingdon, passed away on July 1, 2024. He was born June 25, 1937 in Elrama, a son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Keleman) Morrison and was also preceded in death by his son Richard D. Morrison, and sister in-law Janus Morrison. He was a proud Navy veteran, and prior to retirement worked at Volkswagen Westmoreland Assembly and Motor Coils Manufacturing, Braddock. Rich was hardworking man who worked overtime whenever he could, and never missed his son’s sporting events. He always kept up with the landscaping around his home and he enjoyed working on his car. He loved football and also was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins. Rich is survived by his wife Constance (Kasperzak) Morrison; son Scott Morrison; grandson Brayden S. Morrison; brother Ronald Morrison.; niece and nephew Tonya Morrison and Eric Morrison. Interment will be held in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Wednesday July 17, at 1:30 pm.
