Anna Mae "Annie" Wahrenberger, age 88, of Port Vue, died November 24, 2024, at AHN Jefferson Hospital. Born June 14, 1936, in Glassport, she was the daughter of the late Patrick Sr. and Stella (Gouker) Conley and wife of the late William Wahrenberger.
Anna was a devoted member of the Port Vue United Methodist Church, finding solace in her faith and the teachings of Jesus Christ. She cherished the simple joys of life, especially the time spent with her loved ones. She found immense happiness in dinner with family and friends, creating unforgettable memories over shared meals and laughter. Shores of Tidioute, PA, held a special place in her heart as she found tranquility in spending time at the family camp, basking in the sun's warmth, and taking in the beauty of nature.
She is survived by children, Scott Wahrenberger and Susan Wahrenberger; grandchildren, Robert, Christian, Colan, Daniel, and Quinn; great-grandchildren, Cecilia and Christian Jr.; nieces and nephews, Sharon (Roy) Raible, Warren (Laurie) Conley, Patrick (Lauren) Conley, Leslie Conley, Sean (Michele) Conley, Kristen (Christopher) Kelly, and Daniel (Carissa) Griffin; many great-nieces and great-nephews, a sister-in-law, Janice (the late Elmer) Griffin.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Eugene (the late Lois) Conley, Jr.
Arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Port Vue United Methodist Church. The committal service will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Anyone wishing to go to the cemetery is asked to arrive at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory at 11 a.m. The procession will leave for the cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.willigfuneralcremationservices.com.
