William H. Armstrong, Jr., 79, of Dravosburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2025 at his home. He was born in McKeesport on October 11, 1945, to the late William Sr. and Vivian I. Barkman Armstrong. He is survived by daughter Natalie J. Sanner of Dravosburg, nieces Niki (Tony) Schiffbauer and Noura, and nephew James. William was preceded in death by his sister Ellen Shumber. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, was a member of the Glassport American Legion, and was an avid sports fan, especially the Steelers, Pirates, and Pitt. William formerly worked at U.S. Steel as a pipe fitter for 35 years. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.at E.C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045 to be followed by a service at 7:00 P.M. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Richland Cemetery.
