Norma J. Kerr, 84,  of Elizabeth, died Jan. 16, 2026.  She is the daughter of the late William and Helen (Layko) Halt.  She is survived by her beloved companion Frank Conti, son John Kerr; daughter Kelly (Eugene) Shelton; grandchildren Alexis, Austin, Niki and Gina; 5 great grandchildren; also nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Duane Halt and William Halt.  As per her wish, there will be no visitation.  Funeral arrangements by the Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport.
