Carol Ann Fasiczka, 90, of Liberty Borough, died Jan. 16, 2026.  She is the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Supp) Lyons and beloved wife of the late Dr. Raymond G. Fasiczka.  She is survived by her daughter Mary Pat Fasiczka; granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Echaverria and great grandchildren Lencie and Concrad.  Carol was a retired registered nurse at Braddock Hospital.  Funeral arrangements by the Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport.
