Curt Robert Detman, 69, of Clairton, formerly of Glassport, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at his home. He was born in McKeesport on May 19, 1956, to the late William Detman and Florence Ann Onderick Moritz. Curt was the loving husband of 16 years to Karen S. Snyder Detman. He is survived by his wife Karen Detman of Clairton, children Curt Detman, Jr. of Jefferson Hills, Jon (Brenda) Bash of Mt. Pleasant, Josh (Teresa) Bash of Wellsville, OH, Elizabeth (Dan) Rusnock of Lincoln Boro, Luke (Noel) Bash of Weirton, WV, Kandi Bash of Boardman, OH, Jake Detman of Buena Vista, and Justin Detman of Buena Vista, siblings Clark “Pie” Detman of West Newton, Vivian Detman of Irwin, Kevin (Kathy) Detman of Port Vue, Kim (Steve) Baverso of West Virginia, Debbie (Steve) Lukaszewicz of Elizabeth and Diane Pacewics, 29 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and beloved dog Chloe. Curt was preceded in death by his parents and brother William “Billie” Detman III. He enjoyed lawn mowing and was known to be a Jack of all trades. He was employed by Harry Davis as an auctioneer for over 30 years. Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M at S.M.
