Walter “Buck” Charles Salka, 81, of Clairton, formerly of Bunola, passed away at home on January 16, 2017.  He was born June 1, 1935, in Bunola, to the late John and Sophie Fetchen Salka. He is survived by daughter, Melissa A. Lees of Elizabeth; son Carl (Samantha) Salka of Ramona, CA;  grandchildren, Gunner, Dallas & Summer Lees; brothers, Ted Salka & Frank Salka both of Bunola; and sister, Agnes Leskus of Bethel Park.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Michael, Joseph, Stanley, and Clarence Salka; sisters, Clare Krauss, Blanche Salka, Mary Lewis, and Helen Salka.  Walter served in the U S Airforce during the Korean War, was a member of the V.F.W, W.A.C Club and American Legion all in Clairton, and was retired from U. S. Steel Irvin Works Plant in West Mifflin. Arrangements have been entrusted to S. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th Street, Clairton,  PA   15025.
