William R. "Bill" Shedolske, age 89 of Port Vue, died August 2, 2017 at UPMC McKeesport. Born August 15, 1927 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Rudolph and Helen (Jordan) Shedolske, and loving husband of the late Barbara (Dranko) Shedolske.

Bill honorably served in the US Army during the Korean War and in his later years worked for Action Industries in Harmarville for over 20 years until his retirement. He is survived by his children, Janet (Dean) Hink of Lakeville, MN and Robert Shedolske of Port Vue; grandchildren Evan and Haley Hink of Lakeville, MN; sisters, Margaret (the late Casmer "Tommy") Staszak of West Mifflin and Ann (John) Novak of North Huntingdon; and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, George, James, Robert, Joseph, Helen, Mary and Alice. Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday, August 6, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. A Blessing Service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
