James P. McFadden, 21, of Liberty Boro, died Sunday November 26, 2017. He was born October 3, 1996 in Monroeville, the beloved son of Thomas D. McFadden and his wife Tania of Liberty Boro and Beth (Ross) Harrison and her husband James of Irwin; loving brother of Carrie McFadden, Jonathan McFadden, Allen Harrison, and Samantha McFadden; loving grandson of Thomas and Donna McFadden, Louella Teck, Geri (the late Donald) Ross, and Connie (Donald) Harrison; also aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jim was a graduate of South Allegheny High School class of 2015 where he played on the soccer team. He was a student at CCAC, South Campus, where he was studying business, and was president of the Gaming Society of CCAC and involved in the Student Leadership Program. He enjoyed Wednesday movies and game night with his friends and liked to go camping with family. He was an employee of Dick’s Sporting Goods, Century III Mall and a member of Queen of the Rosary Parish, Glassport. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Queen of the Rosary Parish. Interment will follow in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Monroeville.
