Dale S. Welsch, 65 of Duquesne died unexpectantly at home on Sunday, November 17, 2019. Born in McKeesport on September 3, 1954, he was the son of Braun and Betty (Tietze) Welsch. Mr. Welsch was a self-employed contractor and the Proprietor of Welsch's Exterior Cleaning and Home Renovation Company. Beloved husband of Roberta (Yerecic) Welsch.

He is also survived by a loving daughter Kristen (Scott) Parnell, a sister Roxanne Anson, a grandson, Tyler Parnell and a great niece, Emma Yerecic. Also survived by his best four-legged pet dogs Hailey and Polly and granddog Daisy. He also was preceded in death by a loving nephew Matthew Yerecic.

Family and friends will be received in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., Richford and Commonwealth, Duquesne on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A Blessing Service in the Memorial Home on Thursday, November 21, 2019 will take place at 10am. In Lieu of flowers, family requests donations to C.O.P.D. Foundation, 3300 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Miami, FL 33134.
