Norma C. Lindahl, age 88, of Jefferson Hills, died April 25, 2020. Born September 17, 1931, in a house on lower Coal Valley Rd., she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Addie (Durant) Chewning and the beloved wife of the late Richard Lindahl for 56 years.

Norma worked at US Steel, Clairton Works, and was their poster girl in 1952. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Dravosburg, until its closing in 2009. Both she and Richard enjoyed many church functions over the years. One of her greatest joys was traveling out west with her husband and spending time with her family.  
Norma is the survived by her loving children, Terrie (John) Matey, and Carla (Dale) Smith; and devoted grandson, Ryan Smith and step grandchildren Jackie (John) Seiler and Jeff (Kelly) Matey; 6 step great-grandchildren, also nieces and nephew.
In addition to her husband and parents, Norma was also preceded in death by her siblings, Eileen Thompson, LaVerne Bickerton and Dale Chewning.
Private family arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory. Services were conducted by Pastor Lawrence Chewning of SC. Interment was in Round Hill Cemetery of Elizabeth, PA.
