Ann D. Brennen, age 96 of Dormont died on November 4, 2020. She was born in Braddock on October 11, 1924 and is the daughter of the late Frank E. and Margaret Morgan Bell, and the wife of the late Leo William Brennen.
She was a member of Port Vue United Methodist Church where she was a member of the choir, and the FOD, a member of the Red Hat Society, a member of the Pastel bowling league and Coffee Pot morning league. She was a cook for the Elbow Room and GC Murphy’s, avid card player and volunteered for Meals on Wheels.
She is survived by her children; Louise (Edward) Moran, of Pittsburgh, Margaret (Steve) Hadricky of Dormont, Melinda (Late Shawn) Hitchens of White Oak, David (Mary) Brennen and Robert (Lorna) of White Oak, 13 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A family gathering will take place at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Thursday, November 5, 2020, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services at 10:00 am. Burial to follow.
