Stanley R. Urbanovich, age 77, of Tequesta, FL, formerly of Forward Twp., passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020. He was a retired teacher in the Elizabeth Forward School District and a member of St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Twp. A graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School, he was a standout running back known as Stan the Bread and Butter Man. He also played football at California University of Pennsylvania. He enjoyed hunting and fishing at his camp in Kane. Born December 25, 1942 in Elizabeth Twp., he was a son of Helen (Sislo) Urbanovich of Elizabeth and the late Stanley A. Urbanovich. He is survived by his son, Brent R. aka Fr. Maximus (Susanne) Urbanowicz of Jupiter, FL; daughter, Beth Ann (Michael) Camp of Columbus, OH; six grandchildren; brother, Joseph (Mary Lou) Urbanovich of Jupiter, FL; sister, Marlene (Robert) Suchy of Forward Twp.; also, nieces and nephews. There will be a private graveside service in Round Hill Cemetery with his son, Fr. Maximus Urbanowicz, officiating. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
