Judith Lichtenstein, age 83, of Grandville, MI, died on January 8, 2021. She was born on October 12, 1937, in McKeesport, PA, and is the daughter of the late Gustav and Olga Spitz Gottdiener, and the wife of the late David Lee Lichtenstein.

She loved raising her family in a home filled with music and the arts, as well as, volunteering with special needs children and was the reading tutor/coordinator for the Pittsburgh Literacy Council. She is survived by daughters; Laurie Atkari of Grandville, MI, and Wendy Braum of North Versailles, PA, sons; Gregg (Ellen) Lichtenstein of Margate, NJ, and Brad (Richard) Lichtenstein of Seattle, WA, grandchildren; Colin Atkari and Elia Lichtenstein, sister; Sandy (Phil) Raskin of Dallas, TX and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by, sister, Estelle Galper and brother-in-law, Milt Galper.
A graveside service at 12:00 pm will be held at Temple Cemetery tomorrow, January 12, 2021, with Rabbi Howie Stein officiating. Arrangements by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
