Delores A. (Welsh) Adamson, 75, a resident of Golden Living, Erie, formerly of North Huntingdon, died Tuesday July 19, 2016. She was born June 15, 1941 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late James and Catherine (Donovan) Welsh. She enjoyed polka music and baking cookies but mostly spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Irwin.

She is survived by her husband George J. Adamson with whom she would have celebrated fifty years of marriage on August 6th; her children Jim Adamson of Atlanta, GA, and Karen (Joe) Mehs of Erie; two grandchildren Madeline and Alexander Mehs; a sister Maryann Isaak of Penn Hills; also nephews and great nieces and nephews. Friend will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with Dr. Clifton J. Suehr, officiating. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
