Donna Joanne Baker, 84, of North Huntingdon, died Friday February 19, 2021. She was born January 30, 1937 in Biddle, the tenth child of the late Peter and Mildred (Marinkovich) Maystrovich and was also preceded in death by siblings Helen Keilch, Mary Ralph, and Joseph, Mark, Sava, Anne, Bertie, and Mitzi Maystrovich. Joanne was a graduate of North Huntingdon High School class of 1954, where she was a majorette and class secretary. She retired from Elliott Co., Jeannette, and formerly worked for Cronmiller-McCormick, Pittsburgh, and Femco, Irwin. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Irwin, and was an avid tennis, Steelers, Pitt football, and Pitt basketball fan.

Most of all she loved her family and was lovingly known as Mum, Nan, Granny, and Aunt Turkey. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Don C. Baker; her children Jessica Baker (Charles Selby), Shan C. (Paul) Stanoszek, and Cam (Anne) Baker; her grandchildren Cameron (fiancé Dominique), Sofi, and Colten; sisters Zora Javor and Natalie Vuick; brother in law George Ralph; also many nieces and nephews. Visiting and services will be private. Interment will be in Union Cemetery. The William Snyder Funeral Home, Irwin, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to the food pantry at First Presbyterian Church, Irwin, or Holy Ascension Serbian Orthodox Church, Youngwood.
