Tyler A. Dakota “TIP” Pozzuto, age 22, of McKeesport, died on Saturday, April 17, 2021. He was born in Pittsburgh, on July 12, 1998, and is the son of John Pozzuto of Port Vue and Jacqueline Brown Harrison of McKeesport. Tyler was a self-employed landscaper for many years.

In addition to his parents, Tyler is survived by his siblings, Jayson Pozzuto of Port Vue, James Harrison of McKeesport, Kori Kmetz of McKeesport and Damon Pozzuto of Baldwin; nephews, Jayce, Kyran, and Damion; nieces, Jayleeonna, Kali, and Janessa; cousins, Mikey Pozzuto, Christian, Jonathan, Maddison Schoop, Kemp Cook and Scotty Cook; aunts and uncles, Nikki and Kevin Schoop, Donald and Barb Pozzuto, Dan and Betty Mains, Lynn Pozzuto, Jean Pozzuto; close friends, Peso, Alex, Triston, Sandor, Gage, Matt, Maczon, Billy, John, Grant, Joel, Ochap, Tywon, and many more close friends; He was proceeded in death by Geraldine Pozzuto, Sharon Kmetz, Ralph Pozzuto, Jack Pozzuto, Mike Pozzuto, Rita Cook, Eric Brown, Arnie Brown, Jr., Marianne Brown and Arnold Brown.

Tyler ”TIP” Pozzuto, may you Rest In Peace forever. You will live on for the remainder of our presence on this earth. Your energy will never be forgotten. The way you laughed was contagious. Sometimes you used to act outrageous, but that was only because you were a genius and the bravest. Now we ask that you watch down on us from Heaven, because we know you made it and know you will always answer our calls to save us. Tip, you were one of a kind. Your loyalty and joy were unique and honest. From the kindness from your heart and soul you touched so many peoples’ lives and will be sadly missed by many.

Family and friends will gather at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 4:00 pm until the time of services at 7:00 pm with Rev. William B. Meekins, Jr. officiating.

The family and our team members appreciate that all visitors follow the current CDC guidelines including wearing of masks, social distancing, and capacity limits. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
