June E. Ferguson, age 96, of White Oak, died on May 14, 2021. Born in McKeesport on June 6, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Charles T. and Sarah Heatherington Williams and the wife of the late Robert C. Ferguson.

She was employed at the former Enamel Products Co. for 23 years as an accounting clerk. She was a member of Sampson Mills Church and their 55 Plus Group, Past Matron of White Oak Chapter #542 and Order of Eastern Star – serving 4 times, Past Worthy High Priestess of Ephesus Shrine #26 and Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, member of Syria Ladies in Pittsburgh, Past President of Ladies of Syria, Caravan #4 in McKeesport, McKeesport Wimodausis Club, White Oak Woman’s Club, and White Oak AARP #2294, and Treasurer of Mon Yough Adult Retarded Center.

She is survived by her son, Robert C. Ferguson of White Oak; siblings: Ruth Haley of Damascus, Maryland; and Robert (the late Evelyn) Williams of North Huntingdon; companion Rudy Sallinger of White Oak; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are welcome at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until noon, when services will be held in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Jessica McClure Archer will be officiating. Burial will follow at Long Run Cemetery in North Huntingdon.

Remembrances may be made in June’s name to Mon Yough Food Pantry, 500 Walnut Street, McKeesport, PA 15132, or Sampson Mills Food Bank, 1665 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131.
