Carolyn Ann Slaugh, age 93, of Bethel Park, PA, formerly of West Mifflin, PA, died on Monday, April 7, 2025. She was born in McKeesport, PA, on March 24, 1932. She is the daughter of the late Donald E. and Carol Smith Ferguson, and the wife of the late Philip Stewart Slaugh.
She was an organist for many years at Central Presbyterian Church, Shadyside Presbyterian Church, and various other churches in the area. Carolyn also taught students how to play various instruments at her home in West Mifflin, PA, for decades. She loved traveling the world with her husband, especially Ireland.
Carolyn is survived by her son, Donald William (Rachel Liddle) Slaugh of West Mifflin, PA.
Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Carolyn’s memory on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) from 10:30 a.m. until the time of a funeral services beginning at 11:30 a.m. A burial will follow.
